About the service

PropertyAdverts provides online tools for customers to prepare property adverts, choose advertising packages and manage enquiries for UK sale and lettings listings.

PropertyAdverts is a UK property advertising service operating with professional memberships and registrations including TPI, NAEA, HMRC anti-money laundering registration and membership of an approved redress scheme.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping account details secure and for providing accurate, lawful and up-to-date property information, photos, pricing and availability.

You must not upload misleading content, content you do not have rights to use, or material that breaches applicable property advertising, consumer protection, discrimination or privacy rules.

Adverts and services

Packages, add-ons and portal distribution options may vary by property type, listing type and operational availability.

Adverts may be reviewed.We may request supporting documents, pause publication or reject content where checks, portal rules or legal obligations require it.

Payments and cancellation

Prices, payment timing, package details and any recurring charges are shown before checkout. Payments are handled through secure payment providers and we do not store full card details on PropertyAdverts systems.

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the service purchased, whether work has started and any statutory rights that apply. We explain key payment and cancellation information during checkout and in order communications.

Compliance checks

We may carry out identity, ownership, landlord, seller, anti-money laundering, sanctions, fraud prevention or property advertising checks before or during a listing.

You must provide accurate information and reasonable evidence when requested. We may pause, refuse or remove an advert where required by law, portal rules, professional duties or risk checks.

Complaints and redress

If something goes wrong, contact support@propertyadverts.co.uk with your advert, order or account reference so we can review it.

We aim to resolve complaints fairly and will explain any next steps. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, eligible customers may be able to refer it to our approved redress scheme.
