Yes. We need proof that you are entitled to advertise the property, such as proof of ownership or another accepted document. This helps keep adverts trustworthy and portal-ready.
We carry out identity and ownership checks to protect customers, enquirers and the portals. If ID is required, your dashboard will show what is needed and where to upload it.
If you have an EPC or floorplan, you can upload it. If you need one arranged, the dashboard can show order options where available, and our team will manage any manual fulfilment steps.
Payments & packages
3 questionsYou pay online at checkout. Once payment is complete, your order is recorded in your dashboard and any paid advert package or add-on is linked to the relevant property advert.
Yes. Paid orders appear in your dashboard with receipt and invoice options. The invoice reflects the details stored when the order was created.
If your advert period is ending or has expired, your dashboard will show renewal or extension options. You can also buy eligible upgrades or add-ons for an active advert.
Account & support
3 questionsYes. You need to verify your email address before signing in, so we know the account belongs to you and can safely send account and advert updates.
Use the password reset page and enter the email address for your account. If your account uses Google or Apple sign-in, your password is managed by that provider instead.
