Our packages are built for customers asking how much it costs to advertise my property online. Pick the sales or lettings route that matches the property, campaign length and portal reach you need.
New sales adverts include the required £80 anti-money-laundering check, so the first sales advert starts from £129. Renewing the same sales advert later is package-only and starts from £49.
Basic packages cover core portal advertising through Zoopla, PrimeLocation and OnTheMarket. Plus and Premium packages include Rightmove advertising as well, so customers can compare the exact portal coverage before checkout.
Every package uses fixed-fee pricing rather than a percentage of the sale price or an ongoing letting-agent management fee.
Portal coverage by package
Portal advertising is one of the main reasons people choose an online estate agent or low cost estate agent route. The pricing matrix shows the portal coverage included in each active package.
If you want Rightmove exposure, choose a Plus or Premium package for the relevant advert type. If you do not need Rightmove, the Basic package keeps the upfront advertising cost lower while still giving core portal visibility.
Basic
Core portal advertising through Zoopla, PrimeLocation and OnTheMarket.
Plus
A 28-day sales or lettings package that adds Rightmove.co.uk exposure.
Premium
A longer campaign window with Rightmove and the core property portals included.
Optional add-ons
EPCs, floorplans, photography-style services, referencing and portal upgrades can be added when they are relevant to the advert.
Keeping add-ons separate helps avoid paying for services you do not need.
