Account and data deletion.

You can ask us to delete your PropertyAdverts account or personal data, subject to any legal or operational records we must keep.

Request deletion

Email privacy@propertyadverts.co.uk from the email address connected to your account. If you signed in using Google or Apple, include that account email so we can identify the right record.

What deletion covers

We will remove or anonymise account data where we can. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, property advertising compliance, dispute handling or security purposes.

Third-party services.Deleting a PropertyAdverts account does not automatically remove records already processed by payment providers, property portals or authentication providers.

Retention

Deletion requests are reviewed manually. We will confirm receipt, explain any information needed to verify the request and tell you if any records must be retained for legal, accounting, compliance, complaints, fraud prevention or security reasons.
